This month I bring you a lonely hearts club of Remnant packs - packs which tend to be small, or left over from larger batches of reclaimed flooring. Mostly they lack the unflawed beauty of the premium packs which sell effortlessly on a daily basis. They have minor faults. Painted surfaces or edge residues. And they don't suit a busy builder.

But they will find a home at a cheap rate. Try $29.00 per sq metre! I'll post the current batch on a webpage on the Timberzoo site. Look for Remnant Packs. I'll try to update the list as new timbers arrive and lonely hearts find homes. 

Remember - this is the sort of floorboard which suits one and two room additions or refurbs, shed and studio projects, verandahs, cubbies, lining boards for walls, beach holiday homes, shops, and shelving.

TASMANIAN OAK  Rockbank batch  115mm x 19mm.  Rate $29.00/m2.

There are 5 packs in the batch - most about 45-50m2 each, totalling 208m2.
We will do a pack price of $33.00/m2 for any single unbroken pack or $29.00/m2 the lot.
Polyurethaned surface and patchy edge residues. Odd boards heavily sanded.

60m2 batch which has had previous sanding and polyurethane finish.

Some edge residues, but a good batch for reinstallation.

Previously polished batch of 46m2 with an easy-fit groove.

Minor edge residues and plenty of sandable depth.

TASMANIAN OAK  105mm x 19mm.  Rate $35.00/m2.

Minor edge residues are the only flaw in this batch of 36.1m2 / 344 lm of fine-grained timber.

The surface patina is old and golden, and would suit a studio or lightly-sanded look.

Old warehouse painted floor with good surface condition, but some edge residues.

Lengths are very long - 3.5m to 4.8m - in a batch of 45m2.
